From Greensboro/Raleigh
When 40 splits, stay to the right, which will be Business 40 West Downtown Winston-Salem. This will take you through downtown Winston and you will see Baptist Hospital on your left. Take exit 3-C, Stratford Road North – Nitsa's is less than one block on the right next to Big Shotz Restaurant.
If you end up on regular 40 West stay on until you see the exit for Stratford road. At the top of the ramp turn left onto Stratford road. In about 10 to 12 blocks you will cross the bridge going over the interstate and we will be on your right about one block up next to Big Shotz Tavern.
From Charlotte
Take 77 to Business 40 East (downtown Winston-Salem) take exit 188 for Stratford Road. At the top of the ramp take a left, cross the bridge over the interstate and we will be on your right next to the Big Shotz Tavern.
